Surrounded by palm trees, you'll enjoy staying in our tropical oasis. Amenities: Beach access 1 block away, 2 bdrm (1 King, and 1 Queen), 2 bath, wifi, smart tv, AC, sofa bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer (located in the laundry shed in the backyard), beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Parking for 3 cars with one covered spot. Attractions: located near many of Madeira's popular bars and restaurants, and just down the street from the John Pass Village & Boardwalk. 3 MONTH minimum 3 MONTH minimum rent, also available for long term 6-12+month Renter responsible for electric, everything else covered by the landlord. Smoke free home (smoking outside is ok) Dec, Jan, Feb, and March are $3900 per month (HIGH SEASON), unless booking 6+ months which will be $3800 per month. Pet deposit is $250.00 for 1 pet and $400.00 for 2 pets
