Tenant is responsible for the yard work. For an additional $75 per month throughout the lease term, our company will mow it during the summer months. Trash runs weekly on Tuesdays. You are responsible for internet if you choose to sign up. You may use any internet service provider that you prefer. Some of the companies we have in the area are Spectrum, Windstream, and MetroNet. You would need to sign up for this yourself. We allow pets at this property with a one time, non-refundable fee of $375, as well as a recurring monthly fee of $75. ALL pets must be approved before move in and screened through FirstPlaceProperties.petscreening.com. Parking permits to park in the back parking lot are $175 per lease term per permit.
