We have an amazing, cute, private 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house for rent, only 44 miles from downtown Nashville Tennessee and only 31 miles from Goodlettsville Tennessee. Family owned farm, with plenty of room for hiking, roaming, biking, walking, sunset watching, swimming in the creek, etc., but this is only via written permission of the landlord and a privilege which can be revoked at any time. We also live on this property, so it is a more unique situation, we hope to find someone who will understand this, work with us, keep an open line of communication at all times, respond to text messages, and possibly help us build a small thriving community on the property with mobile homes, tiny homes, possibly RVs, an event center, agritourism, etc. This is country living and not city or suburb living, it is on a farm down a gravel road, so please consider that before contacting us, a lot of driving is usually involved in living in Logan County Kentucky. Winters can be harsh some, access can sometimes be tricky for a week or more if it is deep snow. There are plenty of jobs near by in Springfield TN, Bowling Green KY, Clarksville TN, Franklin KY, and of course Nashville TN but it requires driving and commuting. There is plenty of room for a large garden, chickens or small livestock, parking multiple vehicles and work truck or even a semi truck, boats, and more. Sober living rental, no alcohol, marijuana, or drugs allowed at any time. Perfect for creative people, IT professionals, programmers, writers, bloggers, remote workers, etc. HIGH SPEED fiber optic internet service IS available at the house. Please note: it is a smaller older home, not large, it has a smaller shower and no tub, it has a window AC unit and no central HVAC, parking is outside, there is a shed you can use that is mostly dry but needs a new roof. Utilities NOT included in monthly rent, tenant pays for credit & background check, electric, propane gas, internet access, garbage collection, renters insurance. No mailbox is provided, you will need a PO box probably. Small cat and or small dog possibly allowed.
