PARKING Parking is easy with plenty of street parking, as well as 1 designated spot in the driveway. HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and please keep them in mind during your stay. 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed inside the units or on the front porch. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. 5. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am 6. Please turn off the AC when you leave the property. 7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 9. Please don't rearrange the furniture. 10. Please do your dishes (start dishwasher) before checkout. 11. Please take the trash out on Thursdays. 12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 13. There is a camera above the front and back entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately.
