The Woodland Ridge Townhome community is located on the North side of Ankeny. The home provides a great use of space with large bedrooms each with a walk in closet. The first floor has an open concept with large peninsula great for dining. Home has a patio off the living room and a deck off the master bedroom. The laundry and bedrooms are located on the second level. We look forward to your visit to the community. Ledgestone Properties pays the HOA payment which covers most snow removal, lawncare and trash. The service providers to the home are Centurylink, MidAmerican for electric, City of Ankeny water department and satellite provider of your choice.
