If you need a big place near the center of town at a price lower than most other nearby homes are renting at for a year, perhaps it might be a temporary home for you and your family. You are welcome to paint some walls, put down a few carpet remnants and move right in. Well trained and nonaggressive pets OK. The home is available for one year (12 month lease). It may be be available for a bit beyond that, but no guarantee it will be available after the first year. Application required and the fee is $50 per applicant. First, last month's rent and one month security deposit required prior to moving in. Landlord takes care of trash removal, lawn and landscaping, and snow and ice removal. Tenant takes care of water and sewer (runs approximately $80-90 per month), electric and gas (runs about $180-200 per month) and cable/internet. Off street parking available. Some pets OK, with a pet security deposit and $25 per month per pet. Maximum number of people living here is 6.
