On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath and a washer & dryer for your convenience. On the third floor there is a loft area with a double bed, a sofa bed and a full bath! Send your kids up to play or watch TV and you won't hear a peep for hours! Our home is located a short walk from the community swimming pool. Within our neighborhood there is a 9 hole golf course...so make sure you bring your clubs! There is plenty of shopping and restaurants located within the area. The beaches & Cape Henalopen are just a short drive away! *Linens and towels are not provided at the house so you will need to bring your own Utilities are not included in monthly rental price. Pets are assessed by the homeowner on a case by case basis. A $600 non-refundable deep cleaning fee is required.
