With a great community surrounding the house, it is the perfect home for families. Within just a one mile radius, you are able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and even entertainment. For children, the social aspect is amazing as there are schools with many like-minded kids. The schools are great as my sons were always engaged and inspired by the administrations of these schools. There are play areas quite close to the home, so it is not much of a hassle for parents. The home itself is quite nice for a standard family that wants a simple place. For such a reasonable price, there are stainless steel appliances, a huge deck, hardwood flooring, and more excellent benefits. It is the right choice for several different families that want a nice place and community. Renter is responsible for water, gas and electric. No smoking allowed.
