It also has 65 inch TV with access to basic cable, Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services. The other side has a fully equipped kitchen with a half bathroom and large dining table for 6 guests and a patio to take a fresh air outside whenever needed. - The 3rd level has on one side, a master bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a full in suite master bathroom and a large walk-in closet. On the other side, there are 2 other bedrooms with queen size beds and a closet, and another full bathroom. This is a fully furnished 4 bedroom, 5 beds property for up to 4 guests. There will be an extra 500/month for any additional guest for up to 6 guests. Owner pays all utilities, including basic cable TV and internet. Minimum lease term is 30 days.
