The area is a mix of residential and low density rental properties. The great benefit is that this stretch of the beach does not have high-rise buildings blocking the front line and access to the beach. Because of that the area alongside the beach is walking-friendly and provides easy foot access to restaurants and shopping. List of the dining and retail locations up to 2 miles distance from the townhouse is placed on the entrance door inside. Panama City Beach ORDINANCE NO.585 , Section 5. Unnecessary Noise. defines that " No person shall make, assist in making, continue or cause to be made any loud, disturbing or unnecessary noise which wither annoys, disturbs, injuries or endangers the comfort, repose, health, safety or peace of others." Subsection 5.2. stipulates that " Loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises in violation of this section include, but are not limited to, the following: Subsection 5.2.10 - The use or operation of an automatic or electric band instruments, phonograph, tape player, compact disc or DVD player, radio, television, loudspeaker or any instrument for sound producing or any thereof, or in such a manner as renders the use thereof a nuisance". The use of those instruments for sound producing is prohibited between the hours of sunset and 7.00 a.m The Visitors acknowledge that they are not protected against Bodily Injury or Property Damage by homeowner's insurance, and are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage if desired. The owners are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property of Visitors. Please, keep doors closed at all times, and keep your eyes on your belongings while on the property and on the beach. As an advanced notice to our guests, we have to inform that due to owner's medical conditions ( severe allergy), we have to respectfully ask for strong adherence to the non-smoking policy as well as decline the admission of pets in the unit including support pets. Smoking of all types of Tabaco, electric vapor devices, any other substances and devices is strictly prohibited and enforced. No smoking policy applies to all premises including the backyard and front patio. Inspection is performed after each stay and violators will be prosecuted. The additional cleaning fees and damages will apply and charged to guest's payment method.
