Enter this very spacious, well-furnished and comfortable home through a gated courtyard. Upon your first steps into the foyer you are greeted with an open great room with high vaulted ceilings, wet bar, a fireplace and first-class furnishings. The layout is perfect for those who want the best for their family and visiting friends. There are sliding glass doors from the kitchen, great room and the massive primary bedroom suite that all open up to an expansive outdoor living space that overlooks a serene lake. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, including custom built-in cabinetry, granite countertops and high-end appliances. There are also Nespresso AND Kuerig machines! Adjacent to the kitchen are two dining areas -- one flex-formal and the other more casual. The enormous primary suite has a king size bed, custom furnishings, a large sitting area with a magnificent view of the lake. And you will have your own private bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in closet and a spa-like bath tub. There are two sizable guest bedrooms making this home ideal for family and friends who come to visit while you enjoy this fabulous desert retreat. One guest bedroom has comfy twin beds and the other a pullout sofa along with a built-in office so you can set up your own computer and monitor. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, too! You will find TVs throughout this home in all the right places. Plus we provide the convenience of a modern front load washer and dryer inside the home. During your stay, protect your vehicles in a 2-car plus golf cart garage. Our electric golf cart is also available for your use during your stay. And for golf enthusiasts -- There is a fabulous Pete Dye Resort Course across the way at the Westin Resort & Spa Mission Hills. The course is described as one of the more tame Pete Dye designs and referred to as "potentially diabolical, yet indescribably playable." It's one of the nicest daily fee course around. Oh! And did we mention that there is a community pool and spa just a few steps from the front door. You'll also find numerous other pools and spas throughout the Mission Hills community. AVAILABLE BEGINNING November 1 2023. Our preference is to rent the home for a minimum three to six months. If this timing is not right for you -- please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Your monthly lease includes EVERYTHING including all Utilities, Cable, Wi-Fi, Landscaping, maintenance, monthly housekeeping, HOA Amenities, and welcome Concierge package. Lease rates are between $6,500 and $15,000 depending on length of stay and the time of year. Please contact us with your travel plans and we will confirm pricing and availability. PLEASE --No smoking allowed inside or outside the property. In the event we detect someone has been smoking, there will be a cleaning fee of up to $5000 assessed.
