Shared back patio Desk space Luxurious waterfall shower heads Fully equipped kitchen 2 TCL Roku Smart TVs Full Description: This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bloomfield with quick access to anywhere you need to get in Pittsburgh! Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive. There is plenty of sleeping space with three king beds, queen sized sleeper sofa (living room) and a twin sized futon (living room) available for you during your stay. The living room: Enter through the front door with the smart lock and walk into a spacious living room nicely furnished for a cozy place to hang out in during your stay. There is a sofa, a futon and an arm chair to lounge in, making it a perfect place for bonding and relaxing. There is also a 50" TCL Roku Smart TV in the living room where you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions. DINING ROOM/ KITCHEN: Just past the living room and on the way to the kitchen is a dining room with a four seater dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs with a four burner gas stove, refrigerator & microwave. All pots/ pans, cutlery, sliverware, dishes, etc are provided for all cooking/ dining needs. The first floor bathroom: Next to the dining area is one of two full bathrooms in the space. This bathroom has a smaller shower and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and other basic necessities. Bedrooms (Three total): Head upstairs to enjoy all three bedrooms. All bedrooms have king beds with luxurious memory foam king sized mattresses from Nectar. We guarantee you, you'll LOVE these mattresses and will get a great nights sleep! We know how important it is for you to get a great nights sleep in our space, so we do not go cheap on our mattresses. Each bedroom also has a four drawer dresser and plenty of closet space. One bedroom comes with an arm chair to relax in as well. The second bedroom has a desk for all business needs right next to a window overlooking the backyard. This second bedroom also has a 32" TCL Roku Smart TV to unwind in before bed. The third bedroom has nice views overlooking the backyard and is tucked away at the end of the hallway. The first and second bedroom have joint access to the bathroom on the second floor, while the third bedroom does not. To enter the second floor bathroom, you need to enter through one of the first two bedrooms on the second floor. SECOND BATHROOM: The second full bathroom is upstairs, conveniently located between the two bedrooms on the second floor. This bathroom is fully stocked as well and also has a luxurious waterfall showerhead, just like the downstairs bathroom as well. This shower has a full bathtub as well and is very spacious. Other to note: Pet fees: Our home is pet friendly and we charge no pet fees or security deposits! A/C/ Heating: - There is central Heating and Air conditioning throughout the entire house. There are also ceiling fans in each room of the house for extra comfort. Parking - Street parking Noise: - Please note that there is another apartment for guests next door to the building with shared walls as well as the shared backyard. It is important to keep noise levels down during building quiet hours (10pm - 8am daily) and be respectful of all neighbors. Despite this being a large space, it is not a good set up for large get togethers unless you are respectful of the building quiet hours and stay indoors.
