The Space: Main level: Living room + kitchen, open concept. The primary guest room is complete with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite with standing shower and access to the backyard. Lower level: Guest room #1 is equipped with a queen bed and TV. Guest room #2 has a twin over a full bunk bed with pull out full trundle bed and TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Living room space with TV. Laundry area. Outdoor space: BBQ, chairs, and grassed yard. The Neighborhood Central to all things North Idaho, this home is in a quiet area of Coeur d'Alene with a nice big driveway to ride bikes! You are minutes from downtown or Riverstone and it super easy to hop on the highway. Utilities are $250 a month. Dogs do have a $350 nonrefundable deposit. No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. There is a full lease to sign prior to being provided house code.
