Newly painted unit located near downtown cabot. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Located within walking distance of a daycare and Elementary school. Unit is available starting November 1 2023. There is a 3x rent in income requirement and a clean credit and background check. All applicants must complete an application before tours are schedule. We do allow pets, our pet policy is 1 large dog or cat, or 2 small dogs. There is an additional $25 pet rent and a 1 time non refundable deposit of $150.00. Lease is for 12 months, only individuals that apply are permitted to live in the unit. Pets are allowed, an additional non refundable deposit of $150.00 is required plus a monthly pet rent charge of $25. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Pest control is included. All units are non smoking, tenants are not permitted to smoke inside the property.
