Pet Deposit: Equal to 1/2 a month's rent. Pet friendly with a paid pet deposit, a $50.00 monthly pet rent (this is the same if you have one or two pets), and appropriate documentation! Co-signers must live in the state of Kansas, and make six times the monthly rent We do not allow more than three unrelated people in a unit The tenant pays all utilities (water, gas, electric) We take care of mowing and landscaping.
