The application process is as follows: we send you an application with instructions. Please fill it out completely and return to us. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. If after you've seen the duplex and submitted a complete application, we can send you a credit and background check link that is done through a 3rd party, TransUnion Smart Move. This allows us to review your rental history, credit and background check. The cost is $40 per adult on the lease. 12 month lease, 18 month preferred to sync up with the normal Fort Collins summer rental market. No smoking or related of any kind in the house (e.g. tobacco, marijuana, vaping, essential oil diffusers etc.) Water and sewer and paid by landlord. Natural gas and electric are tenants responsibility. House has gas heat and gas water heater. House is served by Fort Collins Connexion gig speed municipal broadband, essentially the fastest fiber optic ISP in the country ($70 p/m). Amazing service if you work from home or have heavy internet usage in your household.
