Plenty of parking and walkable to river & downtown. 15 minutes to Bennning. The property comes fully furnished with all of the amenities needed for both short-term and long-term stays. The house itself is a historic duplex with 14 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and a fireplace in the living room (sadly only decorative now due to fire codes). Living room includes TV and pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, and offers plenty of space for preparing meals. The bathroom has been repainted and updated. The bedroom is in the back with a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress. It also includes a closet, hangars, ironing board, and iron. Plenty of parking along the side of the house. The house is a duplex, so there will be other guests on the other side, but each side is completely separated and fully equipped. For viewing access we must have an application on file and a copy of valid driver's license and phone number are also required to view the home. Please be advised that this property is listed by a seller-owned corporation and hours of operation are from Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm MST.
